Voomie, Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy. All information gathered in connection with the Voomie mobile device application and/or website (“APP”) is confidential.  The information we gather is used for the purposes of our APP, websites, research, marketing, and to better serve your interests relating to our products and services.

INFORMATION COLLECTED ABOUT YOU AND OUR USE OF SUCH INFORMATION
The following describes the types of personal and other information we may collect about you, and how we use and maintain that information:

CONTACT INFORMATION
Voomie, Inc. may collect personal information about users. Any personal information (e.g., name, e-mail address, or otherwise) provided by such users may be used by Voomie, Inc. or its respective affiliates, employees, members, agents, third-party content providers, third-party service providers, technical providers, or licensors, if any, as they may determine, without any compensation or consideration to the user.  Further, by a user submitting content to Voomie, Inc., which may include the user name, photos, videos, text, or otherwise, such user grants Voomie, Inc. the right to review, categorize, and publish such content and to use such content in connection with its online or print activities or services.

COMMENTS, VIDEO, SOCIAL-NETWORKING, ALL USER-GENERATED POSTINGS
If you elect to post material to any blogs or forums, participate in our social networking channels or other community boards that may be affiliated with the APP, or if you elect to upload any photographs, audio or video or words, you will be solely responsible for all content, messages, text, files, images, graphics, photos, audio clips, sounds, video or other materials (the "Postings").  You agree and warrant that any Postings you post to the APP will be true and accurate, will not defame any person or invade any person's privacy, and will not infringe the proprietary rights of any person.  You agree not to furnish any Postings to which you do not own the rights. By furnishing Postings, you give Voomie, Inc. the right to use such Postings in any manner and in any media now known or hereafter invented, including, without limitation, the right to combine your Postings with Postings of third parties in varied combinations.  You also furnish Voomie, Inc. the right to edit Postings in any way, including changing names, at Voomie, Inc.'s sole discretion.  You also acknowledge that visitors to the APP may post comments about your Postings which may be derogatory, and that Voomie, Inc. has no obligation to monitor or delete any such postings.

Please be aware that Voomie, Inc. does not and cannot monitor all of the Postings made to the APP, and therefore Voomie, Inc. will not be responsible for the content of any Postings. Voomie, Inc. has no obligation to verify the accuracy of any personally indentifying information that is posted to our APPs.  However, Voomie, Inc. does reserve the right to delete or edit any material in any Posting that is obscene, harassing, offensive or otherwise objectionable and not in keeping with the community standards of our APP and to terminate access to the APP by offenders.  If Voomie, Inc. elects to edit any Postings, it nonetheless assumes no responsibility for the content of the Postings.  Under no circumstances will Voomie, Inc. be liable for any inaccuracy or defect in any Postings. We also expect our users to adhere to certain ground rules.  Therefore, you agree not to post, email, or otherwise make available Postings:

1.     that are unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, pornographic, libelous, or invasive of another's privacy, or harmful to minors in any way;
2.     that harass, degrade, intimidate or are hateful toward an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability;
3.     that include personal or identifying information about another person without that person's explicit, written consent.
4.     that are false, deceptive, misleading, deceitful, contain false information, constitute "bait and switch" or impersonation of any person or entity;
5.     contain your own or a third party's advertising, branding or promotional content;
6.     infringe upon any proprietary rights, including copyright, of any party, or Postings that you do not have a right to make available;
7.     restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Voomie, Inc. APP or the Voomie, Inc. services offered;
8.     that include your personal information, such as telephone number, street address, last name, URL or email address;
9.     that are "cut and paste" private messages from other users;
10.  that re-broadcast any posting that violates these terms.

We may retain any data you provide to us in an email or other inquiry, for any of the purposes we use other Postings or information collected on our websites, including for tracking the types of questions that we receive and for publication in any media.

Because Voomie, Inc. does not monitor the Postings, you agree to use and rely on them at your own risk. Voomie, Inc. cannot make any representation or warranty about the material contained in the Postings.  Voomie, Inc. likewise assumes no responsibility for any contact you may have with other users of our APPs, either online or offline.  If you elect to contact in any way, any person you may meet or learn about on our APP, you do so at your own risk, and under no circumstances will Voomie, Inc. be liable for any activity or injury that may occur.

WEBSITE INFORMATION
From time to time, we may use the standard “cookies” feature of major browser applications.  When you visit any of our websites, a cookie may be placed on your computer or the cookie may be read if you have visited one of our websites previously.  Voomie, Inc. may use cookies for many different purposes, including to allow us to determine which products and services you have already reviewed or purchased so Voomie, Inc. does not provide redundant information to you.  You can choose whether to accept cookies by changing the settings on your browser.  If you choose to not have your browser accept cookies from Voomie, Inc. websites, you may not be able to view all the text on the screens, or to experience a personalized visit, or to subscribe to certain service and product offerings on our APP or websites.

Our servers automatically recognize visitors’ domain names and IP addresses (the number assigned to computers on the Internet). No personal information about you is revealed in this process.  The APP may also gather anonymous “traffic data” that does not personally identify you, but that may be helpful for marketing purposes or for improving the services we offer.  Like most major sites, we collect and analyze that information to help us improve our APP for our visitors.  This helps us determine which pages you visit, how long you stay and the site you visited immediately beforehand.  Your IP address is used to help identify your computer and to gather broad demographic information.

If you communicate with us by e-mail, text message or other electronic means, or by accessing the APP through a third party site, any information provided in such communication may be collected as Personal Information. In addition, if you post messages to any of our chat groups, bulletin boards, or forums, or otherwise complete online forms, surveys, or contest entries, any information provided in such communication may be collected as Personal Information.

We welcome your e-mail messages and suggestions of ways in which we can improve the APP.  We will use any Personal Information you send us only to respond to your message.  Please note that any suggestions or ideas you submit to us will become the property of the Voomie, Inc. and can be used by us for any purpose.

If you do not wish to receive information and promotional material from us or from some of our partners, you may select the appropriate “opt-out” option each time we ask you for Personal Information.

SECURITY
Whenever Voomie, Inc. handles information that you enter on our websites, regardless of where this occurs, we take steps to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.  Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.  As a result, while we strive to protect your Personal Information, Voomie, Inc. cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.  Once we receive your transmission, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems.

WHEN YOUR INFORMATION WILL BE SHARED OR DISCLOSED
We may provide your name, mailing address, and email address to unaffiliated third parties that manage our mailing lists and prepare communications with users of our APP.  We may also provide your information from time to time to third-party service providers if you have checked the box on our web page indicating your desire to receive email and promotions from us and our affiliates and/or our partners.

We will comply with any subpoenas, court orders or other legal processes for any of the information about you in our possession, and we may use such information to establish or exercise our legal rights, or to defend against legal claims.

We may provide aggregate information, such as the number of users who visit a particular linked site, product, or service, to other parties.

In addition, information about you in our possession may be disclosed as part of any merger, acquisition, sale of company assets, or transition of service to another provider, as well as in the unlikely event of insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership in which your Personal Information would be transferred as one of the business assets of the company.

NEWSLETTERS
If you subscribe to our Newsletter(s), we will use your name and e-mail address to send the newsletter to you and to provide you with targeted advertising.  To do this we may provide your email address to third-party ad servers who will not be allowed to access, collect or use your email address except in connection with ads served to you in our Newsletters.  Out of respect for your privacy, we provide you a way to unsubscribe. To unsubscribe, please see the "Choice and Opt-out" section immediately below.

NEWSLETTER - CHOICE/OPT-OUT
If you no longer wish to receive our Newsletter and promotional communications, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in each newsletter or communication or by e-mailing us at hello@voomieapp.com.

THIRD-PARTY AD SERVING
We may send to your Web browser or Newsletter many of the advertisements you see when you use our APP, network of websites or receive our Newsletters.  However, we may also allow other companies, called third-party ad servers or ad networks, to serve advertisements within our Web pages and our Newsletters.  Because your Web browser or Newsletter must request these advertising banners from the ad network Web site, these companies can send their own cookies to your cookie file, just as if you had requested a Web page from the site.  Please note that if an advertiser asks us to show an advertisement to a certain audience or audience segment and you respond to that ad, the advertiser or ad-server may conclude that you fit the description of the audience it is trying to reach.  Remember, we only authorize our third-party ad servers to employ anonymous cookies for ad delivery and anonymous targeting. Our website third-party ad servers do not collect, nor do we give them access, to any of your Personal Information.  We give our Newsletter third-party ad servers access to your email address but only for use in connection with ads served to you in our Newsletters.

We may also use third-party ad servers to serve ads on our behalf across the Internet.  They may collect anonymous information about your visits to our website, and your interaction with our products and services.  They may also use information about your visits to this and other Web sites to target advertisements for goods and services.  This anonymous information is collected through the use of a pixel tag, which is industry standard technology used by most major websites.

OPTING OUT OF THIRD-PARTY AD SERVERS
If you want to prevent a third-party ad server from sending and reading cookies on your computer, you must visit each ad network's website individually and opt out.  

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Although our APP may be accessed by children under the age of 13, we will not knowingly collect, maintain or use any Personal Information from any children under the age of 13 years. without the consent of a parent or guardian. Any person who provides Personal Information through this APP represents to Voomie, Inc. that he or she is 13 years of age or older. Voomie, Inc. does not seek through this APP to gather Personal Information from or about persons under the age of 13.  If we learn that Personal Information has been collected from a user under 13 years of age through this APP, then we will take the appropriate steps to cause such information to be deleted.  If you are the parent or legal guardian of a child under 13 who has accessed this APP or provided Personal Information through this APP, please contact Voomie, Inc. to have such Personal Information deleted.

OTHER WEBSITES
Our websites may contain links to other websites.  Please be aware that Voomie, Inc. is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of other websites, and it is your responsibility to review the privacy policies of those websites to confirm that you understand and agree with their policies.  Each website should be checked for its own privacy policy. Any information you share with such a website is subject to its policies and practices and is independent of Voomie, Inc.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We reserve the right, at any time, to add to, change, update, or modify this Policy, simply by posting such change, update, or modification on the APP and without any other notice to you.  Any such change, update, or modification will be effective immediately upon posting on the APP.  It is your responsibility to review this Policy from time to time to ensure that you continue to agree with all of its terms.

GOVERNING LAW
By choosing to visit our websites or otherwise provide information to Voomie, Inc., you agree that any dispute over privacy or the terms contained in this privacy policy will be governed by the law of the State of California.  You also agree to arbitrate such disputes and to abide by any limitation on damages contained in our Terms of Use or other agreement we have with you.

You agree that any dispute over privacy or the terms contained in this privacy policy or terms of service will be submitted to mediation and then if necessary arbitration as put forth in the terms of service.
