How do I make a Voomie?  
It's easy. Open the Voomie app and click the blue bar that says CREATE NEW VOOMIE. Select a video from your video library that includes a moment that makes you happy. Or Select the CAMERA icon at the bottom. You can also access your Google Photos videos. Re-position the slider and preview to find the best moment. You can expand the slider between 3 and 15 seconds. (3 to 30 seconds with Premium)

How can I make a Voomie wallpaper greet me each time I wake my phone?
Go to the Voomie Library to see all of the Voomie videos you have made. Select one or several Voomies that will play randomly when you wake your phone. Choose "Select All" at the top of the Library page to play all of your Voomies randomly, so you will never know which favorite moment will greet you. Also, make sure the Voomie ON/OFF switch at the bottom of the app welcome page is set to ON. And select SET WALLPAPER when your phone asks.

Can I create a Voomie from ANY video in my video library?
For now, the original duration that the Voomie app can incorporate is limited to between 3 and 60 seconds. Up to 2 minutes with Premium. We look forward to no limitations in future versions.

Why does previewing and saving sometimes take a while?
Usually preview and save happen quickly. But sometimes it may take a while. We will continue finding ways to make this process faster.

When I wake my device, do I need to wait for my Voomie to stop playing before I can access my other icons?  
No, you can access any icon as soon as you want, even while Voomie plays.
 
Why is there no sound on Voomies that wake my phone? 
There is! Just DOUBLE TAP screen to hear your Voomie videos. And DOUBLE TAP again for silence. We wake our phones all day. We don't want to startle or interrupt life. Videos originally created with sound will still play with sound in the Voomie Library and when shared. 

Why can't I see my Voomie?
Don’t forget to TURN ON Voomie on the first Welcome screen. Then follow your phone’s prompt to SET WALLPAPER. Also remember Voomie plays under open apps and under your icons so you always have access to them, but that also means any open apps will block your Voomie from view. Android devices provide a way to rearrange icons. We suggest you clear an area on your home screen to fully enjoy your Voomie videos.

Is Voomie a big drain on my battery? 
GOOD NEWS! The FREEZE option on the home screen uses way, WAY less battery than other live wallpapers.

How can I share my Voomie on social media? 
Go to the Voomie Library page. Each Voomie video has a SHARE icon that enables you to share the Voomie on Instagram, Messenger, email, Facebook, Twitter and others. 

Can I use Voomie on my iPhone? 
We wish you could use Voomie on your iPhone. For now Voomie is only available on Android devices.

How can I stop Voomie?  
If you want to take a break from Voomie playing when you wake your device, open the Voomie app and switch to “OFF” on the bottom of the app welcome page.

How long are Voomies? 

Voomies can be 3 to 15 seconds long - or up to 30 seconds with Premium – enough time to provide a quick jolt of happy, but short enough that they don't suck you in and waste time. Move on with your day with a smile.
